How to request a return: To start a return, email us at lumavesleep@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. You don't need to explain yourself — if it's not working for you, that's enough.
Refund details:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or defective items: If your Lumave Sleep Mask arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us immediately at lumavesleep@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
