Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping times:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- All orders ship free — no minimum required
Tracking your order: Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at lumavesleep@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or delayed packages: If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at lumavesleep@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it quickly.
